Land – The Nation is historically, economically and spiritually a part of the land nourished by the Verde River and protected by the sacred mountains beyond. From its natural resources to its majestic beauty, the land is the foundation of the Nation’s preservation and prosperity.
Culture – The Nation is dedicated to keeping its Yavapai culture alive, honoring its past and celebrating its future through the preservation of its native tongue, arts, traditions, stories and struggles – sharing with the outside world what it can, and keeping what it deems most sacred to itself.
Nurturing – The Nation protects the health and promotes the well-being of its tribal community. Happily extending this nurturing spirit to other communities, the state, the nation, and the globe, assuring those most in need are recipients of the tribe’s spirit of generosity.
Progressive – The Nation is always open to new ideas, creatively pursuing business opportunities that will encourage greater self-sufficiency and well-being for the tribe today, while assuring a legacy of success for future generations to come.
